During the launching of the Azur, Indigo, Vert Toll-Free No. Kits, we devised a personalized prospecting campaign according to the function, the activity sector, the French Business Sector code (APE) and the issues related to the handling of incoming calls by the targeted enterprises.

  Letter (Personalized A4 formatted four-color front side document).
 Marketing operation :
  Prospection mailing to launch the PME Packs.
 Objective :
  Propose the right pack to the right customer with a sales pitch corresponding to his/her trade issues.
 Set up of the operation :
  Initially we sent a first mailing wave to a PME target only and then followed it up by phone reminder calls.
 Personalization :
  In this message the sales arguments are personalized according to the APE code and the function, size and organization of the recipient company.
 Results :
  Good campaign returns, particularly thanks to the combined mailing + phoning initiative.
